Deck Medic and their team did a beyond incredible job on our project. We had originally planned for minor repairs and a staining of our pergola - when the team arrived and began repairs, we came to find that almost the entire pergola needed to be rebuilt, which honestly felt devastating. We weren't sure we could afford such a substantial project, but John and his team were empathetic to our situation and worked with us to make it feasible for us to be able to complete the project rather than lose the pergola completely. Their pricing was beyond fair/competitive and we can't thank them enough for their flexibility and working with us.
Regarding the actual work done - their construction team and craftsmanship were second to none. They were meticulous and some of the hardest workers I've ever met - I had to plead with them to take a lunch! They regularly checked in before making any final changes to make sure we were happy and were very knowledgeable in helping us make decisions as well. They took a bit longer than expected but that's because they wanted to ensure the product was as perfect as possible - and it was.
Our neighbors still complement us on our pergola and we love sitting outside now. We couldn't be happier!

John and his crew did an outstanding job with the renovation of my dock built in 1998. They replaced the Trex with Wolf PVC Decking, new dock edge bumper strips, replaced the wooden ramp with an Aluminum Ramp and installed Vertical Cable System railing and gates. I highly recommend Deck Medic of Lake Norman.
